About Testland
Free QA plugins, skills and agents for Claude Code, and a field journal on software testing.
The marketplace in short
testland-qa is a plugin marketplace for Claude Code: 67 plugins, 11 role bundles, 329 skills and 73 agents for everyday QA work. Skills wrap one tool or technique. Agents run one focused job and return findings. Role bundles install a whole discipline at once.
It is free and MIT licensed. Skills alone also install into Cursor, Copilot, Gemini, Windsurf and 20+ other agents with skills.sh.
From install to answer in three steps
No setup files and no prompts to learn. Add the marketplace once, install what fits your role, then ask the way you'd ask a teammate.

How every component is reviewed
Every pull request is checked against six dimensions, D1 to D6. Concrete claims need a source cited where they are made, and uncited claims are rejected.
The field journal
The blog is a field journal on quality assurance: testing strategy, tooling, and the craft of shipping software that works. It goes deep on a few topics: exploratory testing, flaky tests and Playwright in CI.
We write about what we actually ship, not what we'd write if the budget for process was infinite. Expect short posts about test pyramids that aren't pyramids anymore, practical contract testing, flakiness that isn't flaky, and the human side of an always-on release pipeline.
New posts and plugin releases also go out by email: the signup form sits at the end of every post. There is no comment section; corrections are welcome by email.
Contact
Questions about the marketplace or the journal, a correction to a post, or anything else: email hello@testland.io.
Bug reports and requests for new skills work best as an issue on testland/qa, where they are tracked in the open.
