Who runs Testland

Testland (testland.io) is run by MYRTLELABS S.A.S., Quito, Ecuador (RUC 1793212306001), the controller of your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Contact: hello@testland.io.

What Testland collects

  • Visits. testland.io sets no cookies. Vercel, which hosts the site, logs your IP address and the pages you open and keeps the logs for one day. Vercel Web Analytics and Ahrefs Web Analytics count visits without cookies and without storing IP addresses. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running the site and knowing which pages are read.
  • Email you send to Testland. Used only to answer you, and deleted once settled, at the latest after two years. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • Email signups. If you subscribe to Testland news or join the waitlist for Testland for teams, your email address and when and where you signed up are stored in Brevo. The waitlist is used only to tell you when Testland for teams opens. Emails have no open tracking; Brevo counts link clicks. Unsubscribe at any time from any email or by writing to hello@testland.io; your address then stays only on a do-not-email list. Legal basis: your consent.

Who handles the data

Vercel for hosting and analytics (United States), Ahrefs for analytics (Singapore), Purelymail and Gmail for email (United States), and Brevo for email signups (France). Transfers outside the European Economic Area rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Testland does not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, take it elsewhere, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@testland.io and you will get an answer within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work.
